Temp Station Ltd was founded in 2012 by 2 senior managers from the transport and logistics sector of recruitment with a wealth of experience bringing together in excess of 35 years. Both partners having worked for national and international recruitment businesses throughout their careers grew increasingly frustrated with the red tape, politics, inflexibility and financial restraints associated with the so called “big players” of the recruitment industry.
With a clear vision and strategy in mind to work openly, honestly and with integrity to both our candidates and clients alike, whilst providing transparency and openness in every aspect of the recruitment process, including pricing. Our retention of candidates and clients is testament to this vision as we have candidates and clients that have stayed with our partners for over 15 years, which is a phenomenal achievement in a very competitive market.
Both partners to this day maintain a very “hands on approach” and can be seen on a daily basis at our Normanton Head Office interviewing candidates and placing candidates to our clients.
With our Head Office in Normanton, as well as offices in Manchester, Cannock, Bristol and Barking we are proactive and innovative with our recruitment solutions, and professional and ethical in our business approach. We provide temporary, permanent and contract staff to businesses, especially (but not exclusively) to the logistics and related sectors.
